If you are using the system for the first time, register for a new user account by clicking on the New User? link on the left. Complete the new user registration form where you will enter an account Username and Password. Once your User Account has been approved, you will be contacted by email. Log into the system. When you log in for the first time, you will need to reset your Password and log in again with your Username and new Password.

Things to Remember
As a security feature, the system will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Please make sure that you click 'Save' after entering information on each screen to prevent data loss.
Do not share your User Account information or display it in public places.
Please be patient, especially if you are running a computer with a standard 56K modem. It is important to let the computer finish what it is doing before clicking on another tool/function. Clicking one button after another before the computer is done processing a previous request will probably result in inconsistent behavior.
